3. User Accounts

Account Creation

Account Types

• Members: Can access and download content based on subscriptions/purchases
• Creators: Can upload, organize, and monetize 3D models and content

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Creator Content

• Creators retain ownership of their uploaded content
• Creators grant us a license to host, display, and distribute their content
• Creators are responsible for ensuring they have rights to uploaded content
• Content must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

Prohibited Content

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Malicious code or viruses embedded in files
• Adult or explicit content (unless clearly labeled)
• Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination

User Content Rights

When you purchase or subscribe to content, you receive a license to use the content for personal or commercial purposes as specified by the creator. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access credentials.

Payments

• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees
• Payment disputes should be directed to the payment provider

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or billing errors.

Creator Revenue

Creators receive revenue from their content sales minus platform fees and payment processing charges. Revenue sharing terms are specified in the Creator Agreement.

• Share account credentials or circumvent access controls
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Scrape or automatically download content
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We are not responsible for user-generated content. Creators are solely responsible for their uploaded content and its compliance with applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
